Privacy Policy

When you register for Lexoraon, we collect your name and email address. When you make a payment, transaction details are processed by Razorpay and we receive only payment confirmation data — we never store card numbers or UPI credentials. We also collect usage data such as the prompts you submit, content generated, credits consumed, and standard access logs (IP address, browser type, timestamp) to operate and improve the platform.

Your information is used to: • Provide and maintain the Lexoraon service • Process credit purchases and manage your account balance • Send transactional emails (registration, payment receipts, password reset) • Improve our AI writing models and tool library • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse • Comply with legal obligations We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

The prompts you submit and the content you generate belong to you. We may use anonymised, aggregated prompt patterns to improve our AI writing models. We will not use your specific prompt text or generated content for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Generated documents are stored in your account for your access. You may delete them at any time.

All data is stored on servers located in India and/or within AWS/GCP regions complying with Indian data localisation norms. We implement industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis. We conduct regular security reviews of our infrastructure.

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session (HTTP-only, secure cookies for authentication tokens) and functional cookies to remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. You can clear cookies via your browser settings, which will log you out of the platform.

We use the following third-party services: • Razorpay — payment processing (governed by Razorpay's privacy policy) • Vercel / hosting provider — web infrastructure and content delivery Each third party is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements with us.

You have the right to: • Access the personal data we hold about you • Request correction of inaccurate data • Request deletion of your account and associated data • Export your generated documents and content before account deletion • Withdraw consent for optional data processing To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@lexoraon.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated content is retained until you delete it or close your account. Anonymised usage logs may be retained for up to 24 months for analytics purposes. When you delete your account, all personal data, documents, and project data are permanently deleted within 30 days.

Lexoraon is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date below and, for material changes, notify you via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the change takes effect.
